My Beginning
In 1995 I had been living with Multiple Sclerosis for 4 years without anyone (doctors included) being able to diagnose me. Due to life & personal experience, I began to suspect what was going on for about a year before admitting it to myself (following the worst episode I had experienced, even to date) and realized that I had better go into the medical clinic and ask to be checked for MS. I believe it was because I asked them to look for it that they finally found that this was exactly what was going on. I have always had more confidence in my own healing skills rather than that of the medical institution (note that this is my thing and is not recommended as something to attempt).
Indeed Multiple Sclerosis looked likely, confirmed by the MRI with typical MS lesions on my brain. With my suspicions confirmed I fell into a "How Long Have I Got?" funk which lasted for about two weeks, when my usual passion for life and determination kicked in and I said, "Damn it, I'm gonna see my kids get old!!"
I began to pick up my life and made some dramatic changes, one of the most important was to go on a Candida Diet for three months, followed by a strict Vegan diet for a year. I have gone back and forth with that since then, but eat mostly vegan with occasional meat & dairy, but not much. Sugar has also been totally eradicated from my diet, as well as most wheat (unless it is sprouted).
The other thing that helped me (nearly more than anything else) was the healing work I engaged in. Whole Hearted Healing is very effective and can be found for free at peakstates.com. I urge EVERYONE to consider this paramount to successful healing.
